REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
We offer a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer free shipping to your home or business in the US, this does not include return shipping.

Your product is shipped by us directly from our fulfillment center in King North Carolina. You will receive a confirmation email including tracking information when your items are shipped.  Most items are shipped the same day, larger orders usually ship within 5 business days.

Your planner should arrive in good condition and free of any major defects. Please let us know if this item is damaged when it arrives. If you are not completely satisfied please contact us.

IMPORTANT PLANNER CARE INFORMATION!
Most of our
planners are designed to work with wet erase markers.  We recommend EXPO® Vis-a-Vis® wet erase markers.  They are designed to not rub-off when dry and erase clean with water or rubbing alcohol.

 For more permanent notes we recommend using ultra fine and fine tip Sharpie® permanent markers with our wet erase products.  Yes, permanent markers will erase if  you overwrite them with a black dry erase marker before you erase. 

We do not recommend using dry erase markers with wet erase planners.  Dry erase can leave ugly  residue or shadow.

A trick to remove marks and shadowing is to overwrite them with a black dry erase marker before you erase.  The black dry erase marker will break them down so they can be erased.

To hang your planner we recommend using Command 3M® poster hanging strips.  They keep your planner smooth and remove without damaging walls.
